Help Me Grow WA Attends and Presents at the 2025 Help Me Grow National Forum

We’re thrilled to share that Lark Kesterke, Help Me Grow WA Network Director, and Jackie Litzau, Help Me Grow WA Child Health Partnership Manager presented at the Help Me Grow (HMG) National Forum July 14–16 in Hartford, Connecticut—the birthplace of the HMG system model!

Jackie co-presented alongside Dr. Lelach Rave, Interim Executive Director of the Washington Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (WCAAP). Together, they shared an overview of a collaborative project between HMG WA and WCAAP, which aims to strengthen early childhood systems through pediatric engagement.  The presentation highlighted recent listening tours to connect with healthcare providers in Island, Yakima, and Kittitas counties. Learn more about our partnership with WCAAP.

In partnership with Prenatal to Five Fiscal Strategies, Lark shared insights from our work to create a HMG Washington Cost Model, which will help us to better understand the factors that influence the cost drivers of the coordinated and connected HMG WA system model.

HMG WA was excited to share these stories at the 2025 HMG National Forum and uplift the innovative work happening across our state and honored to be part of the national conversation on improving child health and well-being.
