  • Check your ORCA LIFT eligibility 
  • Get help enrolling over the phone 
  • Learn if you also qualify for Basic Food/SNAP, WIC, or Apple Health—and apply 

What Happens After You Enroll 

  • We’ll mail you your ORCA LIFT card for free 
  • Load it with Epurse funds or buy a discounted monthly pass 
  • Enjoy reduced fares immediately when riding participating agencies 
  • Limited-time offer: Eligible new enrollees receive a $20 pre-loaded ORCA LIFT card (while supplies last) 

FAQs 

Do I need U.S. citizenship?
No. ORCA LIFT has no citizenship or immigration status requirements. 

How long is my card active?
Your card is valid for 2 years. No reporting changes needed. When it expires, it simply becomes a regularfare card unless you reapply. 

Can I use this on the ferry? 
No. Washington State Ferries not included.
