Help Families Find Support

Our Resource Directory is a vital tool used by Help Me Grow Resource Navigators to connect families with the services they need. It’s also available to the public through the ParentHelp123 Resource Finder, making it easier than ever for families to explore local programs, services, and support options.

Collaborate with Community Partners

We partner with local agencies to ensure their community resources are accurately represented in the Resource Directory. Our team routinely connects with service providers across Washington to verify that listings remain up to date, aiming to reach out to each resource at least once a year.

Make Information Accessible

The Resource Finder is funded through a blend of state, local, and private sources. We do not accept advertising revenue, allowing our team to remain fully focused on providing accessible, unbiased resource information for parents and caregivers.

Updating a Resource

We want our directory to be as accurate and helpful as possible — and that’s where you come in! If you’re a service provider or community partner and you notice your information is out of date, here’s how to update your listing:

Submit an update request or new listing. If your organization is already included in the resource directory, our team may reach out to verify your information via email.

Our team will review. We’ll make sure your listing is complete and aligns with our directory’s scope. Once it’s added, you’ll be listed as the main contact and will receive a quick email to confirm your address.

Look out for a yearly reminder. Each year, you’ll get an email from us titled “Your Organization’s Information Needs to be Verified in the HMG Resource Directory.” It will include a link to your Dashboard so you can review and update your info.

Use your Dashboard to make changes. Your Dashboard shows all the listings where you’re listed as a contact. Just click on each link to update a record. If nothing has changed, simply select “Nothing to Update.” If someone else should be the point of contact, you can update the email address there too.
