Building a Stronger Network for Families: 2024 Highlights from Help Me Grow Washington
At Help Me Grow Washington, we believe every family deserves access to the resources they need, when they need them.
The newly released 2024 Help Me Grow Washington Impact Report reflects the power of collaboration across local, regional, and statewide partners to make that belief a reality. Over the past year, Help Me Grow Washington responded to 16,496 requests for support, connecting families to 133,742 referrals—most often for food, housing, diapers, and transportation.
We also made meaningful progress on the 2023–2028 Strategic Plan, with new initiatives designed to reach families more effectively.
A few highlights from 2024 include:
- Deepened partnerships with communities across Washington state
- Innovative new pathways like the Pregnancy Support Pathway HUB and Plan of Safe Care, ensuring families impacted by substance use disorder are supported, not siloed.
- A new online ASQ screening pilot, giving more early learning providers tools to support child development in real-time.
- A newly launched HelpMeGrowWA.org, merging trusted tools and making it easier than ever for families to connect to resources.
