At Help Me Grow Washington, we believe every family deserves access to the resources they need, when they need them.  

The newly released 2025 Help Me Grow Washington Impact Report showcased our collective resilience, creativity, and momentum. Together, we fostered coordination , strengthened processes, and launched impactful new tools. Over the past year, Help Me Grow Washington responded to 16,082 requests for support, connecting families to 42,292 referrals—most often for food, housing, diapers, and transportation.   

We also made meaningful progress on the 2023–2028 Strategic Plan, with new initiatives designed to serve families more effectively.   

A few highlights from 2025 include:  

• Fostered coordination and partnership through our Help Me Grow Washington and Child Care Aware of Washington bi-directional referral pathway. 
• Strengthened processes like the online closed loop referral process which supports stronger continuity of care for families.  
• Launched impactful new tools, like the cost model tool and new search features on our online Resource Finder, helping families more efficiently connect to the services that best match their needs.  
• Made strides in our targeted universalism work which strengthens the system’s ability to track process, understand root causes, and design strategies to make targeted investments.
